Cabinets include a toe space option for floating cabinet styles. This option includes a height variable that will float the cabinet off the floor at the specified height.
Select Insert>Interiors>Cabinets.
In the catalog panel to the right, select one of the cabinets and then left-click to add it to the model area. Right-click and select Finish.
Left-click to select the inserted cabinet and then right-click and select Properties.
Click the Details tab. In the upper right corner under Toe Space, click the drop-down list beside Style. Select Floating.
Beside Height, specify the height to float the cabinet off of the floor. Click OK.
The cabinet is now floating above the floor.
