30-Day Software Return Policy

Cadsoft accepts returns on eligible software purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, the software must be returned before the end of the 30-day period and meet the requirements outlined below.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

– The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date to [email protected].

– The software must be deactivated on the computer where it was originally authorized, and the deactivation code sent to [email protected].

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following purchases are not covered under Cadsoft’s return policy:

– Software upgrades

– Training

– Services

 

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Software Deactivation Requirement

Before a return can be completed, the software must be deactivated on the computer where it was originally authorized. This ensures that the license is no longer in use and allows Cadsoft to process the return. Send the deactivation code to [email protected]
