I have recently upgraed to windows 10 on newMSI laptop  with 16GB Ram with Gen 6 i7  but  envisioneer is  taking  prolonged periods to pooad project and is sluggish. Have reinstalled and upgraed with envisioneer  upgrade . I have also checked projects and deleted unreferenced Blocks and view to reduce file size. However still experiencing frustrating crashes and problems re printing taking long periods. Any ideas   what to look at to reduce this problem would be gratefully recieved.

    G’day!
    What version of Windows previously?
Had you worked on this particular project in it?
How many MB in the bld file?

    Hi Mate

Previous  Windows 7,  worked on it in prevoius windows 7  set up new template. Share projects back and forth between collegue who is still on windows 7 . File was 60MB but now 7MB after deleting unrefernced Blocks and views. tested it with clean new project  but still have same issues.

Sorry I was out of the office all day yesterday. Earlier this week I setup my desktop to dual-boot 7 & 10. I’ve not installed v12 on Win10 there yet but would be happy to do a valid comparison (exactly the same hardware involved) for you. If you wish to send your template file (gutted if you wish), my contact details are in the image in my profile.

Did you create this template file from an existing bld file or from scratch?
