If you add lights, set to Exterior Post – Streetlights / Globes, AND increase Brightness to +400 percent or more, you can decrease Scene Properties ‘Exposure’, which begins to give an early evening brightness.

Both exterior and any interior lights must be set to higher Brightness to outshine the Sun even with the lowered Exposure brightness.

This method gives an overall single lighting solution by using the Scene Property lowered brightness to cast faint shadows around the whole model. Which gives greater ‘depth’ to the render.
Add both super high exterior and interior lights , to give highlighted lighting. I like sodium (yellow) as it gives a warm cozy feel to the render.
