I pick #2. i like the garage roof!
I kinda like that black and white render as well, it does something different.
And number 4 is kinda neat in different sort of way, as it has that modern appeal to it.

Certainly not a black & white issue!
But I struggle with the logic & practicality of #2.
Just goes to show there are all sorts of clients out there
