I built our house in Personal Architect last year as the real thing was being constructed to help me visualize choices. It worked great!
Now we are building an ADU on the adjacent lot and I would like to keep what I have and build in the same project because they will relate to each other and I need to see sightlines with the existing house. Right now the existing house model sits in the middle of a large site that extends into the adjacent property lines. I really want to recreate the terrain but have it centered between the houses instead of the existing house. Is there a way to either move the terrain or house as a unit? or even move that center point?

Why not just add Location(s) for the ADU & start “construction”? Or is PA limited in that regard?

Yes, you can change the ground floor level to more the building up.
It should ask if you want to change the other building locations that will be affected, you can select yes.
Save a copy of your file before changing the building locations just in case you need to reference back to the previous levels you had set.
    Go to settings>building locations> ground floor level>
change it to the new floor finish level.

or you can create a new building location for the ADU building:
You can select everything in plan view>right click> and choose duplicate to locations
This way it will just copy everything to the new level above it
