    Hi There!

    The Library Manager…

It would be grteat if we could assign lists for Divisions and Part numbers in the Library Manager.

Is that possible in future updates?

    Hi Alex

Can you elaborate on how you would use the list of Part numbers? I want to ensure I understand fully how you will utilize the lists so we can come up with the best solution for you.

Chantale Hi, thank you so much for your response!

I will explain the background for my question.

I am working thruogh the Metric catalogue to reflect how I do takeoffs and quantities in my business.

In my business I use UDA constructionsuite for project management and Finalysing Takeoffs and estimates..

The Envisioneer export to UDA works well.

I just need to have the ability to have more lists in Envisioneer, thats all.

At the Moment for example you have Phases list, Catergory List, and other….

Could we have a Division list, Parts List, Etc. (Maybe not Etc…)

In my case I only need a division list…

at the moment I have a Doc with Divisions and copy and paste.

It would be easier to have more lists when adding new stuff too…

Just like Phases, Catergories, usage, etc,….

    cheers.

    in the snip attached

The CSI numbers mean something , but is not the way I estimate,

Words or descriptions are great, and if I can insert a list into Library Manager, then this will be an easy task to add new products parts  etc

    Hi Alex

I can add a wishlist for the Division field so you can apply a set field picked from a list you maintain – that would be helpful!

However, Part # is very specific and has a unique identifier for each product. That can’t be held in a list.

    Thanks for the suggestion!
