Is anybody aware of where this autosave file is saved? I am guessing that it is used in the event of a crash, but I never know where to look.

The help folder suggest that it is called autosave.bld and the default temporary directory in Envisioneer is users\name\appdata\temp  but there is nothing resembling the bld file here.

would it be the .bkp file in the same directory as drawing?

    G’day Chris!
Change your settings to Save Time = 10mins & number of backups = 10 then monitor your Projects Directory. That will confirm your suspicion.
You can rename any bkp file as a .bld & use it without any import or conversion.
Very handy if you’ve imported something you’ve found online that crashes/ chokes Env. (been a few years since I’ve experienced that now though – it’s becoming more & more resilient)
