There’d people on here that can help you but it might have to be someone from another state and done remotely.

July 27, 2022 at 3:32 pm #15488jconnolly05ParticipantHi Krista, I am taking an existing garage footprint, with no structural work other than closing up the one-car garage door which requires I put a concrete footer pinned to the existing two foundation curbs and white topping with concrete over the asphalt. That is all I have to show on a structural plan. I have layed out the floor plan, and would like to know if you could take my drawings and make them professional looking based on City requirements that I would send to you. I would then submit to Costa Mesa California planning department for ADU garage conversion as the Home Owner acting as the General Contractor. I can be reached at 949-922-7536
