Hope this link works…. because of the number of things going on, this took about 28 min to generate on my tired old computer. Upload was to Home View VR was almost instant.  I did have  to sign out and back in to see it .

Sent an email to customers so they could have a look at how exposed floor jst would look in areas of the lower level.

Customers LOVE this stuff.  And I may add, so do builders.

Attached is screen shot , it is not the actual 360.

    Same 360, with revisions.

Like all renderings, design work , you never ever seem to get it finished. Always something needs adjusting.

Added shine to the floor , increase brightness at fireplace, added stair handrails and lights. added theatre seating.

Thanks for the nice comments Conrad and RS…

It is nice to see that Envisioneer is keeping up with the latest and greatest tools available. I still  believe that there are not any other programs that integrate with other programs like 20/20, MiTek etc.

I recently sent a dwg export to the Structural Engineer and he said it opened perfectly in AutoCad. Saving the customer at least $500 as the Engineer didn’t have to redo the work already available in Envisioneer for export.

I just happy I can spend the time on projects to produce finished presentation like the 360. OH, I forgot, I was about to say I wish I got paid for the full effort, BUT I forwarded the 360  link to a local builder and now he wants something similar on a home he is building as a spec. He will use it for advertising.

So, I guess I am getting paid 🙂

    thanks guys.
