this is a 3 d rendering night shot and day shot I did and I was wondering if anyone could give me tips
Jack I just don’t think they’re up to you’re quality yours are much sharper
After a rendering is completed (assuming you at least used Option > ray trace quality > Level = 4 and Anti-aliasing = 5, with Presentation GI Density set to ‘More’ ) , when I Save my render I open it in IrfanView and do three things.
First I use the Sharpen option in IrfanView. Be careful not to over sharpen or pixels appear.
Then I use the Image > Color Correction option and reduce the Gama slightly. This darkens image and brings washed out colors out.
Then I increase the Contrast (about to 12).
Then the image really Pops.

Here is your image Sharpened , slight Gama, contrast about 14 in IrfanView.
Makes a huge difference, such a simple solution 🙂
Kind of feels like you really don’t need glasses you thought you may need when seeing original image.

hello jack,
Yes that looks great thank-you very much for the tips. I do have my settings set at what you suggested all except ray trace quality I have at 5.

I’ve found I can get a tad faster render and still have good quality if I use 4, but with 5 the render may be better. It depends on a number of things , like size , lighting , etc.
