I have visual dysfunction due to ME/CFS.

In Win7 it was easy for determine which worksheet was current without having to check the Title Bar.

But in Win10, it’s impossible for me to differentiate the tabs. I tried a High Contrast Theme in Win10 but that introduced a lot more problems.

    Does anyone have a suggestiuon?

My preference would be that the active tab assume the same colour as I’ve specified for worksheet background (Jersey Cream, which is a bit richer than Guernsey Cream!) Should that be added to the WishList?

The attached file is “empty” so I’ll try to attach it here

That image looks much better than it seems to me in real time . . . maybe the angle I’m looking at the screen?

I should have added that I run Envisioneer on 4K screen. If I stretch it’s window onto the adjoining HD screen, it looks just like the image above.

could it have something to do with the brightness or contrast of your screen settings?

Screen contrast is set the same whether I boot to Win7 or Win10
