I am using virtual Architect (with landscaping and decks) version 8.0.  I have downloaded it twice after talking to tech support.  The videos are good, but the first two – walls and windows and doors cut off in mid sentence.  They are both three minutes in length.  The others are less than three minutes and run to the end (I think).

Has anyone else experienced this?  I am wondering if it is something with my computer (Windows 10 home operating system), or if it’s a bug in the software, or maybe something in a setting somewhere.

The one thing I don’t like about this software so far is that you have to pay for any support at all, and it is very difficult getting in touch with anyone, so I have to rely on the forum to get answers.

    Thanks.

    G’day & Welcome!
No, there’s nothing wrong with your computer – both videos behave the same here in Oz.

I just noticed that your post deals with Virtual Architect. Just as a point of clarification Cadsoft neither sells nor provides support for Virtual Architect. NOVA development is the company which does that and any issues you are having with support for Virtual Architect should be taken up with them. Virtual Architect looks like the Cadsoft product Personal Architect since it uses the Cadsoft technology. Even the names are similar so it is easy to confuse them. But the videos and support you refer to are from NOVA.
To further clarify Cadsoft does not charge for customer support but it is limited to customers who have current versions of the professional Envisioneer software titles which include ProArchitect, Building Essentials and Construction Suite. Personal Architect users don’t qualify for support but they do have access to many hours of free instructional videos available on both the Cadsoft website and the Cadsoft YouTube channel. You may find them to helpful as well so I encourage you to check them out!
