V11 to Windows 10 from other computer

Robert Lee SellersParticipantI recenly got a new laptop that was used from friends. It came with Windows 7(Which is what I have now), but they upgraded to Windows 10. I want to put the Personal Architect V11 I purchased on it.
When I did purchase it, I asked for a link to have in case I ever wanted to put it on another computer. I tried it and it popped up with the message “ERR 200 Data Signature does not match. This file should not be edited”
So I tried to use the link that was sent to me in a email when I made the first payment. It put V12 on the Windows 10 computer as a trial.
Can anyone me with this.

*** I assume you’ve only activated v11 on one machine. If it’s been activated on 2 already, you’ll have to DeActivate on one of those machines. HELP pulldown – SOFTWARE DEACTIVATION. Obviously ensure you’re connected to the internet. v11 on that machine will now be in demo mode with demo period having expired. ***
Install v11.c1.1548. If you didn’t save that installer, check back through your mail around Nov 20, 2015. You should have received a link to the download then.

When you said DEACTIVATE, does that mean that I can only have it on one? It will be in DEMO MODE like in a trial mode for 30 days?
I checked through my email, and I never received any updates. The Install, v11.c1.1548 one you mentioned.
Sorry if the comments seem elementary. Not real computer savvy. Still trying to get used to this new Windows 10 while using Windows 7 at the same time. LOL.

Install v11.c1.1548 then activate it HELP pulldown – SOFTWARE ACTIVATION using the code you were originally supplied.
btw, you might be interested in trying the free version of StartMenuX to make the transition to Win10 easier.

Found two old pages and they had a link to download the update. When I clicked on and it went there, it said that the PAGE COULD NOT BE FOUND” So dont know what to do now.
I contacted Tech Support, but they have not called me back yet.
So if there is anything else I can do, I would appreciate some help.
This is why when I asked about the purchase, even though it is only Personal Architect, I asked about a CD-ROM so in case something like this happened. I was just told that all I need is the download link and everythng will be fine. It will work as good as having a CD-ROM to the program.

After days or almost weeks of trying things from suggestions your help on this forum. Nothing seemed to work to install Personal Architect on the new/used laptop I got.
So I said to myself yesterday that I was going to try one more time and if it didnt work again, then I would call cutomer support since they never got back to after sending them a email.
I clicked on the link, and wouldnt yall know it. It worked. It installed it on this new/used laptop. I dont know why all of a sudded it worked or what I did different. I am just glad it worked.
So thank yall for the help that yall gave. it did work. Now all I have to do is copy the catalogs and things like that.
