SDSParticipantLOT’S of gables…client had a very, very specific exterior gable look they wanted and we went through a couple different floor plans before we got something that checked all the boxes and fit their lot…
The design includes a 13″ raised ‘energy heel’ (rather than a cantilevered heel) over 9′ walls.
I doubt I’ll do any interior renderings…rush to production drawings and then engineering and get it off my desk.
Not really a fan of this plan…however it was an interesting design to put ProArchitect through its paces and it did surprisingly well (no broken monitors, mice or keyboards at least!)

jkzimmParticipantNice work. Documents should generate good results with your effort to get the details down. Rendering looks good too.
