Site boundary Bearing input limited to 8 characters

Site Boundaries as Forward & Back, suppress unit, metres, #.###

 Works correctly on Win7 machine but in 13c2 on Win10 when creating a site boundary I’m unable to enter more than 8 characters in the Bearing field.

eg typing 123d45’43” the laptop beeps when I try to enter the 2nd 3 – no more input accepted! ENTER & the traverse is actually created at 123d45’00”

Once the boundary is complete I can then edit the properties of each traverse to correct the anomalies – no problem in those text boxes.

No matter which template or catalogue I use, results are the same – works correctly on desktop running Win7, FAULTY on laptop running Win10. Version 1709 Build 16299.125

Both machines used the online update from c1.

Can anyone else duplicate?
