Quote Generator error – Envisioneer

    Hi,

    I was customising a new template in Quote Generator and got this error:

    “Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows containing values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints.”

    It has lost all its default report templates!!

    After I try and create a new report I get this error:

    “String was not recignized as a valid Boolean.”

    And when closing report designer I get:

    “Error saving changes (2)!”

    I trid re-installing envisioneer 12, but made no difference.

    I could re-install Quote Generator if I had the installer.

    restore from backup?
    It’s certainly saved my bacon a few times over the years.

    Instead of creating a new template, you can edit an existing template and then re-save it.

    But paulomac says “It has lost all its default report templates!!”
    My reason for suggesting a restore from backup. However I can’t understand why re-installing Envisioneer 12 didn’t replace them.
