Quickbooks Integration with Quote Generator

Does anyone have experience with exporting a quote from Quote Generator, and importing it into Quickbooks?  We have cost categories set up in Quickbooks, and have set up QG to break costs down into those same categories when it generates an estimate.  When I try and import an estimate into Quickbooks it’s just a long list of data, it doesn’t sort the line item costs into the appropriate categories.  The issue is probably set up on the Quickbooks side, but its hard to find info on this subject online.  QG exports the data as an .xml file and .iff file as default when you choose Quickbooks as the export option.

Any help is appreciated.
