Missing something between 1st and 2nd floor

    I am new to the software and for some reason in viewing the elevations I have a blue stripe between the 1st and 2nd floor as if the 2nd floor is missing.  I can’t figure out what to do to fix this or what the problem actually is.

    Have you drawn a second level floor yet?

    No, I have not yet moved to the second floor.  I was going on tho the next… But we have a pending project that needs to be completed.

    Are you able to post a screen-clip to illiustrate?

    have you inserted a framed ceiling on the ground floor and/or a structural floor on the second floor? In the wall properties you can change the lower exterior face bottom value to cover the gap. Or you can change the wall heght.

    Go to Elevation View (lower taskbar Icon) .
    Left click on the ‘blue line’ you see and you will get a pop up with description telling you what it is.
