I recently upgraded my system from a window 8 machine to a windows 10 machine. Trying to import a PDF and I get booted out of the program. Any comments of what might be the issue?

    Thanks

    Hi,
Sorry to hear about the difficulties that you are having, lets try and pinpoint the cause so that we can get you back up and running.
Can you go to your C:ProgramDataCadsoftInterprocessServer folder and let us know what you see in this folder.  There should be 6 files and 2 Folders in here.
    Thanks,
    Nick

    Hi,
The easiest fix for this is to uninstall and reinstall the program.  Do you have a disk or a download link? If have neither we can get you a download link.
The cause of this issue is related to the Registry, when you reinstalled on the New Operating System the registry was still seeing that the folder was present so it did not install the files for this location.  By Unsintalling and Reinstalling this should reset the registry to allow the files to be installed.
If this still does not work let us know and we will see what else we can do to get you back up and running.
    Thanks,
    Nick
