Help with HGTV Home Design

    Not sure I’m in the right place, but…..  I’m trying to develop a floor plan of my house for remodeling.  Can not select any element, such as a wall section, for modification.  Opened a sample (Simple Bungalow) can still cannot select anything on the drawing with cursor over, left click.

    Any suggestions?

     If you go into a 3D Quick View, are you able to select elements then?
    If so, when you’re in 2D Plan view, you’re probably trying to select elements that are not on the current Location.

    No, can not select anything in any view.  Thanks for the response.

    Make sure View Filter DOESN’T look like this ie you want all elements to be selectable

     The View Filter (View>View Filter>View Filters) allows you to turn the visibility and the selectabilty of elements on and off. You may have Selection turned off.

    Otherwise you may need to update the driver for your video card. You may have the newest video card but the driver can still be out of date. Go to the manufacturer website of your video card and download and install the latest driver. This is usually the culprit.
