Expected V16 release?

I talked with sales about three weeks ago and they have no idea when it would be released as developer is still working on v16. Sales finds out after developer sends the download link to sales and then sales send the download link to you via email soon after sales gets the download link from the developer. Otherwords they (sales) finds out a few minutes before release when developer tells them on that very day.

I hope that this makes sense. I am also excited about this release as well but we must wait together.
