pics below explain. but text>select text style or create a new >double click on it> and then adjust height.
and then go Document settings>Element Mark>and change the text style mine by default were mark-1 and then you have change it back to just mark if that’s the one you adjust (if you already have a text style you want change it to that and skip step above)but then it should automatically update everything.
