For some reason I am unable to bring skirting into a drawing for a deck.  I am using Envisioneer Construction Suite V10, and in the past the process of constructing a deck has been very easy and automatic.  I haven’t drawn any decks for about 2 years, and now I find that the skirting doesn’t display as I would expect if I keep the default height of the deck relative to the building location.  Interestingly, if I modify the height to have the deck come in higher than the building location of 3.5″ above grade, the skirting will display.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,
The skirting is not displayed becuase the terrain base level is set to 0 by default.
If you lower the terrain base level low enough then the deck skirting will show.
    Go to:
    settings>document settings>terrain>terrain mesh>base level
    -LC

Thanks for the input, Louisaco.  Unfortunately this solution didn’t work.  I suspect that I have a corrupted program, as when I attempt to make changes in settings I get an error message: “Path or Directories do not exisit:  -Project Directory.
