experienced draftsman needed

I am looking for an experienced envisioneer user who can take a rough set of plans I drew up and create some construction documents that I can then print on my own title block.  I’ve been in construction and development for 15 years and I normally higher out architects for my projects. The typical process has been; I draw the basic plans using envisioneer and then send them to an architect or draftsman that uses some other program to give me the construction set. I’m trying to find someone who can just finish out the drawings or consult me to get there and then I can print and edit them for myself. Any help here is appreciated!!
