computer question

    Hello,

    I talked with support and they’re checking into it  but I decided i’m going  to put it on here to see if anyone else had the same problem.

    when doing 3d jobs my envisioneer software at times freezes up and says not responding (sometimes it lasts 10 to 20 min. and sometimes 10 sec. 1min.) but it gets to be irritating when trying to work)  it happens when I have a lot of different terrain when uses spots points etc.. I have the whole inside of house empty to reduce size of file I always put interiors on separate file cause it slows down my computer.

    was wondering if this happens to anyone else and what type of computer you have? this what I have:

    windows 10 laptop

    Intel(R)Core (TM) i7-8750H  CPU@ 2.20 GHZ, 2208 Mhz, 6 cores, 12 logical processors

    32.0 GB of RAM

    GRAPHICS CARD is a NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI

    Hello

    One thing to check is Video memory as well. Your computer should have 2 GB dedicated video card memory.  If the model you have is large and it is eating your memory than it may start to shut down other applications and then have to shut down Envisioneer as well.

    yes I have 4GBon the video card  plus An extra 16 GB dedicated
