Hi Jack,
I have not see exactly this message but have seen about Garden.db not being accessible (which is the same thing I suspect). I have had this personally (with TFP) but it turned out to be Windows Vista that had tied itself into a knot and had to be replaced by Windows 7. There have also been others reported the same thing with TurboFloorPlan. Search the TFP forum for Garden.db and you will find the references/solutions, which hopefully will fix yours.

Thanks,
I will check things out on TFPlan Allan.
I had a power outage during thunderstorm which may have caused the problem. Some 'images' from the Catalog are blank. May be causing a rendering problem at times but I'm not sure on that.

Hi Allan, Merv
Looks like the TFPlan problems with Catalog were related to C and D drive issues. I have all on C Drive.
I do see that v6 and v7 have identical Plant Encylopedia sizes listed under Program Data. My guess is I could copy v6 data to v7 replacing the corrupted v7 file.... but I think I'll wait until Cadsoft has finished their move to a new office and can properly guide me.
You can see two cases where the image shows a maple and I can insert it but under materials there is nothing assigned.
The orchid is missing everthing.
Some items I can insert and they work, some are missing, that is what the error notice is all about.
I'll post the fix when Cadsoft tells me what to do .
thanks,
Jack

Hi Jack,
Hopefully this would fix the problem, assuming the Garden.db is actually corrupted. In my case I did this and it made no difference. As I mentioned before though, it turned out to be a corruption in Vista that was the issue in my case. Interestingly - we had also had a power failure just before - I wonder if that was what upset Vista?.
I know some other TFP users solved the problem by replacing the file or relocating it.
