For beginners:
To render, add a few recessed lights, not too many, not too close to the walls. Place a camera and switch to that cameras view.
While in 3D camera view > select > View > 3D Real View
In pop up switch to Advanced > Click on Options (at bottom) >Rendering tab> then Set Radiostiy to 5, turn the Sun OFF, Raytrace to 4, select output size (as jpg).
Click OK and when done submit your jpg image.
