Looking really good - very comprehensive!
A few things that maybe could be added:
I didn't notice any
Solar Hot Water Systems. I know the standard catalogue has Solar Panels but not HWS of which there are several local types and sizes, flat panel, concealed tank and the newer vacuum tube types that look quite different. Related, what about, in Electrical, the
solar panel inverter/control unit etc. While on roof accessories, maybe we could have some 'Whirly Bird' type and ridge cap
roof vents.
Do we need a
rotary clothes line or don't block sizes have room for them these days?
What about
Rollar Shutters - basically just a roller garage door back to front I suppose. Every second house seems to have them here these days - we just invested too - excellent for keeping out the heat apart from the security!
While on security, what about
CCTV camera, a
motorised rolling/sliding gates,
steel tube frame 'Cyclone' fence and
Security Fly Screen Doors.
Can anything be done for
roof trusses or are they too individual and complex?
What about some of the more
modern letter boxes?
Just a few ideas for your consideration.
