Things we take for granted

Autodesk has taken another leaf out of Envisioneer's book - Acad users finally have access to their very own Nudge command. "a new and controversial command" . . . .
Unfortunately the author doesn't explain where the controversy exists.

That is very interesting news Merv. As you say, we take it for granted.
My guess on the 'controversial aspect' would be the fact they say it only moves the object '2 pixels' and should not be used for detailed work, making it useless.
Had they incorporated the two options we have and the ability to set the nudge to specific distance(s), it would become a useful tool.
