Foundation Walls

I would like to know if there is a way to adjust my foundation walls for two different thicknesses. For instance I would want 10 corses of 12" block with the top corse to be 6" or 8". Let me know if there is a trick to this. Thanks in advance.

Hi
There are 2 ways to accomplish this:
1. Create the 10 courses of 12" block as you would normally for your foundation - ensure the wall height is set for only the 10 courses. Then create a secondary location called "8" block". It's floor level will be equivalent to sit up on the last course of the 12" block. You would insert a wall that is the equivalent height of 1 or 2 courses of 8" block - whatever you specify on that new location.
2. You create the 8" block as a member to sit on the 12" block wall right on the same location. Insert>member>Member by picking points. Create a new member that is the equivalent size to the 6 or 8" block and the correct height. You pick points around your foundation to insert it.
