I hope these pictures don't belong to any of your renovation projects. Enjoy.

Any Aussies match these? @Chantale Could we have a poll? Surely you can allow it just this once! Merv (trying to remember where he filed pictures of 2 different houses that had fallen off pig sties)

"Screw that I-beam- just cut it. That is the framer's problem."
My plumber fitting the wood heater said its fine to cut out one joist to run the flue up...I do it all the time with no problems he said. The look on my face told him it wasn't. He didn't know I was the designer.
Hard to believe this still goes on with the amount of licensing now days and insurance problems it can cause.

And that's the beauty of Envisioneer...I can draw most of what was pictured without importing anything from SketchUp.

In a Demolition Control Precinct - even relocation is a no-no. So the best way to get your modern home in inner Brisbane is to pretend to jack it up & have something go wrong!

Contractor's first name is Flip, right? Lived in Houston until a few weeks ago? I know him! He just did our remodel. And y'all forgot the one about the customer only doing a background check after he abandoned the job and skipped town. (Alas, true story...)

Sorry to hear that Jeff. Sadly it seems there are crooks in every trade no matter where you go. And no matter how much government regulation & licensing. Merv

Pity we lost all the photos coming across from phpBB. Must be about time Chantale started another one! Merv

This gutter used to be straight (until the house remover got involved) No, it's not taken through a fish eye lens No, I had nothing to do with it - was just driving past one afternoon giving my son some driving lessons.

Bob Brown for US President, Donald Trump for Aussie PM, Julia for composting/recycling - would definitely be Greening Australia. That's not going to happen but we can dream, can't we? Like Wayne I also dream of Merv's dreams coming true - the versatility of Envisioneer + power of AP = happy camper
