Anybody got any ideas how to completely remove Envisioneer to do a clean installation again?
I was happy yesterday, everything was going well. I woke up today and EV didn't work. So I am sad now.
It is the only program on the lappy that isn't working. I have uninstalled twice and reinstalled twice, but it freezes on open.  I am sure it is a line of text somewhere preventing it from working. Does anyone know a failsafe uninstall method in Vista?
I tell you what though, talk about a waste of a day!

G'day Chris!
You have my sympathies. Did you by any chance download some automatic updates from MS? My XP machine started to yesterday then for some reason restarted the process again this morning. It's "that time of the month"
Although I'm pleased to say Env is still behaving itself here but obviously with different hardware anything's possible.
I'd consider uninstalling the latest updates if that's happened.
After uninstalling, did you check the registry for any Cadsoft entries?

Back up and running again thanks Merv. Don't know what the problem was really.
It was something to do with info in Program Data though, which points to user error.
