What have you found when doing a Measured Building Survey?

Did a measured building survey of an Old house yesterday.
The owners - couple - both in their late 20's want to Remodel and add an extension.
They were both at work so I did the survey and drew it up on site using my Disto and my Laptop using Env 7- but the upstairs layout was just not working. After a couple of hours and after checking my Disto was ok I found a hidden room behind a panel in the Master Bedroom.
It was a "Bondage Den" or whaterver they are called and it didnt look like it had been used for a while - maybe thats normal - I dont know.
Question is What do I call it on the floor plans and how do I approach the couple about it??
Can I convert your Bondage Den into the Nursary?

G'day Jon!
Gotta pay that one! I have no suggestions for naming it or broaching the subject with your clients. . . . . .
Most challenging one here would be a roof space with 2 possums and a 3m python.
Then there was a tourist attraction "Pioneer Valley Park" that went into liquidation. Coach lamps etc had been wrapped in old rags & stashed in the ceiling of the caretakers residence.
Or the widow's walk (about 4.5m above the ceiling joists) on a heritage listed home. Hip-end roof faces were 8 in 12 but front & rear roof faces were 8.625 in 12. Only support was 4 hips & 6 common rafters - no underpurlins, no collar ties, no toms/props. In plan the roof was about 16m x 14m. It's survived several cyclones in its 150 years. Obviously the 6" nails they used didn't come from China.
