Hi,
I am having trouble with a new install of Build 7.2 on xp64. It appears to see the Hasp key but entering its lock no. produces a Lock.No does match the current CADSOFT Hardware Lock error. This is particularly frustrating as I have installed all the current drivers etc. Any ideas would be great Smiley

Thanks in advance
Matt

G'day Matt!
If you're sure you're using the latest HASP drivers then you'll just have to wait until support starts back on Monday. Drop them a line detailing Lock# Serial #

Thanks Merv I was trying to get it active for Monday morning but  I guess I'll have to give them a call. Mucking around with it more I discovered the HASP isn't being detected at all. I gives me the same error if the HASP is in or out.

Have you checked whether it's recognized on another computer / different OS?

It works fine with XP on the computer this new one is replacing. This software is the last I have to get working and I'm unhappy it is taking so much effort. I actually thought the printer and scanner drivers would have been more a hassle.

Ok for future reference seeing as no-one else has come back to say how they fixed this problem
To work on XP64 Bit the user has to be using the HASP SRM lock, which they will need to purchase.( You cant use HASP4)  This lock looks like the original USB lock but it is smaller.
